It is an item that is new, in good condition, complete and has a full manufacturer’s warranty. But the box was opened because it was either not wanted by a customer, or we may have opened the box to show a customer the product. It has been fully sealed up again. There is limited supply, and it can only be ordered if available; assume it’s available and we will contact you if it’s not.
